   exercise: prepare chromatography paper with chlorophyll extract 

    materials: chlorophyll extract, TLC strips, solution (IKI), capillary tube

Part 2: Storage of chemical energy

    exercise: starch stored in underground tubers

    materials: microscope, potato starch, dye
